Paladar 511 - Cozumel

I’ve visited a couple times and celebrated my birthday here. I enjoyed each visit. The space is beautiful. Food is tasty. Cocktails are solid. My favorite dish is the squid ink spaghetti.

Excellent service, atmosphere and good food, but the Agnolloti was way too salty.

The ambiance was great, food even better! 5 stars across the board! The squash dish with goat cheese was my favorite!

A culinary experience that will have you licking your plate. Not a big fan of gnocchi but it was the most delicate and melty gnocchi I've had.

Food was sensational — best food we’ve had so far in New Orleans (our 3rd day) and great service. Such a great space!
