Great place to link up with neighborhood locals to catch a football game and bar food. The wine was priced right having half off on all bottles. Also, the Social house has the same menu next door if you are wanting Italian food, you just need to ask. The bartender was very helpful and friendly. View all feedback.
What Courtney V doesn't like about New Orleans Social House:
The drinks and environment was nice, but the service was awful. We had a table, but you have to order at the bar, and we waited for 20 minutes to get our drink order taken. It was not busy. When we ordered food and had it brought to our table, we asked the man who brought it to us for water, and he said he doesn’t do table service even though he brought us our food and 5 minutes later he brought some sauces to the ta... Cute Place. However the staff will not allow you to change the music or turn down the music upon request. We were told the manager put on Halloween music before leaving and they couldn't do anything about it.They do a last call for drinks 30—40 min before closing. The bar did not have Gentleman Jack.
Pretty cool spot with a laid back atmosphere and enough bar tenders so you're not waiting all night. Crowd was nice and diverse!
Great time at the bar. Kat and KB were awesome bartenders, who served great drinks, excellent food and even better fun and wit. Had a great time.
The bar/restaurant is a whole vibe. The crowd is great. I love the idea of seating yourself. You do have to go to the bar and order your drinks and food and then they give you a number. When finish they will bring your food to the table. You do have to pay for everything at the bar which I don't mind at all. The vibe was middle to upper class when I went. So dress nice and come on out and enjoy yourself. The sliders were great, and let me tell you about this Cajun popcorn. Please go and visit.
