Food is typically good. However the staff is rude. We walked in asked how long a wait was for a table we got snapped at by the host and he didn't offer to take our name. This was the worst I've experienced there however the service is usually something to be desired. The food isn't that good for them to be so rude.

The food was good but the upcharge for substitutions topping add ons were high. $4 Fountain Coke is ridiculous.Restaurant was a bit dingy and dark. Waitress was attentive! Limited parking.

The food is great. Real new Orleans-style taste. Great wait staff and very knowledgeable. They have a limited menu but if you are from here they have what you want. If you are not from here they still have what you want. It is all very delicious.

Slow, slow service. I was told that because I my order contained two hamburgers that were requested well done was the reason that it took over 45 minutes to get my food. I know how long it takes to cook a hamburger, and it is not 45 minutes. If you forgot to put my order in, or if accidentally gave my food away, just tell me. But don't lie to me saying that a 4 oz kids burger takes an extra 45 minutes to cook. I'm not coming back. Food is average.

Every time I go the food is good. Great burger with a loaded baked potato always hits the spot. Also have had the prime rib in the past and it was cooked as ordered and very good. Great prices good food and a decent selection of draught beer.
