Okay, first off the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and apologized about everything. BUT… I set at the drive thru intercom for at least 10 minutes before anyone took my order. Drove to the window got the food from a young lady that said nothing when I said thank you. Didn’t get my second sweet tea until the gentleman hung out the window wondering what was wrong. I told him about the tea and after he checked he gave me the tea and apologized. When I got home found out I had two baconator and not Dave’s doubles… sigh.

This location has experienced too many staff changes. The employees they hire don't seem friendly and give the impression that they don't want to be there. There's almost always an issue with the order. I won't be ordering from here again.

I just spent $16 on food that was inedible. It seems they’ve made the decision to stop preparing fresh food at a certain time, and I arrived an hour before closing. I ordered chicken nuggets and a bacon double stack combo. Right when the staff handed me my bag, I could smell that the oil was old. The nuggets were clearly stale, greasy, and oily. The fries were cold and dry. To top it off, I received a double cheeseburger without bacon, and the beef was undercooked and obviously microwaved. I won’t be returning to this place.

I ordered a Caesar salad and a Cobb salad, paying $17.50 before moving to the pickup area. The staff member handed me my food and thanked me, but when I checked, I realized my Caesar salad was missing. He went back to check and returned to inform me that they were out of Caesar salads. I requested another Cobb salad instead. After waiting for a while, we received the Cobb salad, but it didn’t come with any croutons. I also had to ask for plastic utensils. It's hard to understand how they justify the price given the poor service and the risk of losing customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service and childish employees. I’ve been sitting at the drive thru window listening to them yell cuss and play for 10 minutes. I’m the only person
