I originally came in for the strawberry frozen dessert, but ended up spending $12. I'm not quite sure how to evaluate this experience in terms of fast food.

However, I noticed that the beverage machine was quite dirty, and the main floor mat in the dining area was extremely sticky.

BUT… I set at the drive thru intercom for at least 10 minutes before a... read more Okay, first off the gentleman I dealt with was very nice and apologized about everything. BUT… I set at the drive thru intercom for at least 10 minutes before anyone took my order. Drove to the window got the food from a young lady that said nothing when I said thank you. Didn’t get my second sweet tea until the gentleman hung out the window wondering what was wrong. I told him about the tea and after he checked he gave me the tea and apologized. When I got home found out I had two baconator and not Dave’s doubles… sigh.

This location has experienced too many staff changes. The employees they hire don't seem friendly and give the impression that they don't want to be there. Ther... read more This location has experienced too many staff changes. The employees they hire don't seem friendly and give the impression that they don't want to be there. There's almost always an issue with the order. I won't be ordering from here again.
