That Pretzel Baconator is amazing!
I run doordash. They have the dining room closed. No fast way to get mobile orders. The customers the strike against me for the food being late when it's really the restaurant fault for me not being able to gine better service. I don't think you deserve one star because I took the hit for the food being late and lost my tips when it was your fault. I will never take another door dash for your restaurant again. Your customers can come and wait at your slow drive thru and get to their cold food
Rude employees, I made a mobile order for drive thru, the app said drive thru, when I get there they say go inside I go in side no order , it’s a drive thru order and now they want to catch
I recently had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's location. I ordered the chicken sandwich, only to be met with disappointment. To my surprise, the sandwich arrived partially frozen, with one half being ice-cold, including the bread thenAdding to the letdown was the sweet tea, which had an unexpectedly sour taste and I had to throw the whole drink away.
Ordered bacon egg swiss croissant combo this morning and when i got ready to eat my food the wedges were not done and my sandwich had a molded egg. Like if i saw it i know the person in the kitchen did as well.
