Our experience was excellent! Despite the challenges that evening, Selena demonstrated an outstanding attitude. There were three staff members: Amanda, Selena, and a young blonde girl. Amanda took my order, made my sandwich, put it in the oven, then disappeared to the back without serving my husband. When the timer went off, Selena waited briefly, and realizing Amanda wasn't coming back, she took charge. As two more customers arrived, I admired Selena’s commitment to prioritizing service. Having worked in fast food myself, I know the importance of putting customers first, and I truly appreciate how Selena managed the situation.
The service was very disappointing. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee seemed more focused on her surroundings than helping me. To make things worse, another staff member joined in and started talking about their plans for a ride the next day, which was quite distracting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor service at this Subway.
Why display your hours of operation if you’re going to shut the door in someone’s face before closing time, especially when the restaurant is empty?
