Since the management apologized I have since upgraded thereview. A sign of great management is accepting feedback from your customers and that to me is worth a lot. My son and I gotthe queso and fried pickles to start, and both of us got their basic burger, though I don't remember it's name. We decided tosit outside which was nice because there was so much seating. The burgers were pretty good though compared to other photos, I'veseen, I'm pretty sure we were shorted on French fries, but, the appetizers were so big that we really didn't have any stomachroom to enjoy their amazing fries. The reason I gave the review 3 stars is because the queso was inedible. If you look at thepicture, the queso was so cold that it had formed a layer on top...you literally could not dip your chip, it just broke off.Additionally, there was no salt or pepper brought to the table, nor was there sugar for my iced tea. If we go back, and we justmight because we loved the burgers, I might just skip appetizers.

If you 've been to a lot of t... read more First of all I 've been to a lot of mugshots, biloxi, flowood, Hattiesburg and this is by far not so good location we 've been to. If you 've been to a lot of their restaurants you can surely compare the food. We always order fried mushrooms, and in thislocation, theirs was not as good compared to the other locations. Some of it was overly cooked. I even compared the photo of theone I took from mugshots in MS. The burger meat was overly cooked like it was burnt. I don 't usually complain with my food, I 'measy to please, but this one is not so appetizing at all. Our server was nice. The food just took forever to come out, wewould 've understood if it was busy. But we came around 3pm and there 's only like 3 groups dining in. After our appetizer wasserved we waited like 45 minutes for the burgers to come out. I don 't know it the cook was just having a bad day, but I don 'tthink we 'll be back on this location.

I went for the pig wings. About 15 minutes after ordering pig wings, pow-pow shrimp and rajun cajun pasta I was told that the pig wings were bad and I could order something else so I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was goodbut the other two items not so much. The pasta did not appear freshly made, it was dried out on the edges and mushy in themiddle. Pasta was broken up and the chicken was very dry and chewy. The shrimp appetizer had burnt unidentifiable objects in itand the sauce was not hot so it appeared chunky on top. Look at the pics and tell me what you think.

It's literally 50/50 shot of getting a decent server. The burgers are AMAZING. (My son says the same thing about their Grilled cheese). We like the apps Pow Pow Shrimp and the Cheese Wedges. But the pasta is very bland. Not good at all. They sell chicken wraps. And they sell Grilled Shrimp. But they CANNOT make you a Grilled Shrimp Wrap?
