I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, but they were out of that. Instead, they offered me a croissant, but I don't think I should have to pay the additional cost for it.

The Subway next door has a real kitchen, and it seems like you have a long way to go in terms of planning to create a better menu with higher quality items.
