Frisch's Big Boy - Covington

Danny in the drive thru was extremely backed up and working alone. Since he didn’t have time to make milkshakes being short handed he gave us complimentary sundae’s. Big thumbs up to Danny. Need more workers like him

The food was fast, fresh and delicious! james in the car thru was very nice and read my order back to me and made sure my extratar was in the bag. the manager connie was very nice and professional. a great experience and I will be back!

Love the new chicken breeders! the service has greatly improved since my last visit!

Drove thru here today for the Route 127 yard sales. I just wanted a buddy boy. Ordered one for me and one for hubby. He also had cup veggie soup. The soup was fine, the sandwiches horrible. We parked there as soon as given order to eat. The buns were soggy wet on bottom. Made the whole bun taste like raw dough. There was plenty of wet coming off the ham, tomato lettuce; hardly any tartar sauce. It did not taste like a buddy boy at all. was so hungry or would have, should have taken them back in. Shame on this location for not serving the normal tasty Frischs buddy boy.

We had a horrible experience tonight our waitress complained ever time she came to our table . How she didn't want to be there , she has stuff to do , complained about her co worker. Telling us she was leaving first tonight and if they don't like it they can fire me . He coworker walked past our table when we were ordering and said don't get fish dinner it terrible . Our waitress said no it good then she came out said it gonna be a while before your food comes out the manager is teaching someone how to cook . When our food did come out it was cold , my husband had to wait for his food and did not get it until Iwhen up to the counter and said something. We waited for close to 10 minutes to cash out . I will never go this restaurant again To top it off our bill was $61.00
