However, I noticed that the staff, who are mostly young teenagers, seemed to rush at the end of the night when it was time for my children to receive their prizes. I understand that it was closing time, but I wish they could take a bit more time with the little ones to ensure they have a full experience. The kids were happy until the staff announced they were closing at 8:50 PM, and their prizes were simply handed to them or placed on the table rather than presented nicely. It's a lively atmosphere, so I hope they can maintain the magic for all guests until the very last one leaves.

Pizza was... read more Had my sons 3rd birthday party there and it was fantastic! Cashier was super helpful in answering questions, other team members were nice and polite. Pizza was super cheesy and quite delicious. They were super packed when we left, but all in all it was a wonderful time there and I will return.

Cheese because it’s a fun place. However, recently the staff seem to rush the kids when it’s time to redeem their prizes at closing. I understand it’s closing time, but please be patient with the little ones and let them have a complete, enjoyable experience. My kids were happy until the very end, but then they were told the place was closing at 8:50, and their prizes were quickly tossed to them instead of being handed over or placed on the table. Chuck E. Cheese is a great spot—please keep the magic alive until the very last guest leaves.

Many of the games didn’t work but still deducted points from your car... read more The pizza was greasy and seemed like it had been left out for a while before being served. Many of the games didn’t work but still deducted points from your card. When you tell the staff about a broken game, they just move parts from one machine to another (like skeeball) instead of properly fixing it. Booths and tables had old food left on them for over an hour without being cleaned. On the bright side, my kid still had fun amid the chaos with the games that were working.
