Among one of the worst experiences I 've had with an Arbys. We waited at least 10 minutes to have our order taken. There were only 2 people ahead of us. There was some sort of discussion going on between the 2 people that were working the counter. They weren 't seeing eye to eye on something. Our order was finally taken by someone from the back area perhaps a manager or supervisor. Then we waited. And waited. Two of the sauce dispensers were broken. We finally got our food and one of the sandwiches had some of the roast beef on top of the bun rather than inside. At least the food was hot.

I’ve loved Arby’s sandwiches for years, Arby’s in Covington has convinced me to never eat at any Arby’s again. Take heed. Besides when I took the sandwich back, they said that I was lying about the dining room being open. The hours on the door said it was open until 9 and it was only 8:20. The girl in the drive-thru said they were having technical difficulty, but the next day they said that they were open. WTH.
