The door was locked well before closing time, even though they were supposed to be open until 11 PM. When I called to inquire if they were closed, the employee told me they were open and that it must have been a door malfunction. My family was looking forward to a nice dinner after the Ruffin, but unfortunately, it felt like our service was essentially denied.
