I had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. The door was locked well before closing time, even though they were supposed to be open until 11 PM. When I called to inquire if they were closed, the employee told me they were open and that it must have been a door malfunction. My family was looking forward to a nice dinner after the Ruffin, but unfortunately, it felt like our service was essentially denied.
Great place to eat and drink, staff very friendly
My sister her husband and I went around 11 30 am it was not very busy. We were seated after a few minutes. The server walked by us 5 or 6 times while we waited about 25 minutes and no one ever came to take a drink order or see if we wanted to order yet.
Service was ok. Food bland.
Got our food the food was good but after getting the food had two kids meals where they charged us for a drink after have to put a drink on there that the kids didn't even get. Ask the lady to speak to a manager real quickly she said she was one of the managers. The food was worth the money but after me asking her why I had to pay for a key they cost $3.29 she said it was because they had to make it I went several restaurants where they've made tea at the restaurant and it is never been more than a soda let's say for a long time I won't be back

Very friendly staff. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. Decor shows the history of the city. Clean bathroom. Loud paper towel dispenser that doubled my son and laughed. Good place to stop again.
The restaurant could have been cleaner, but overall it was a good experience. The service was great, the food was as expected, and the prices were similar to what you would find back home.
The food was good and the service was great. I love her sweet tea.
The food at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and there were even dead flies in the window sills. The service was also subpar, with only a few customers and waitresses present. Despite these issues, I was able to have a great time celebrating Father's Day with my Dad at Applebee's, thanks to the delicious food and special company.
