H... read more My wife and I stop twice a week to refuel on our way to the temple, as we are Buddhist. While I fill up the tank, she usually orders a large Toffee hot drink. However, the last four times, she’s only received hot water with a faint hint of toffee—almost undetectable! I've been a regular at this station for years, but I’m seriously thinking about leaving for good. It feels like you’re cutting costs by watering down the drinks, but there’s absolutely no toffee flavor at all! If this is how you plan to serve them, you might as well stop offering these drinks altogether. I’m tempted to report this directly to AmPm, but my wife advises against it. This is unacceptable! Sam

I've been coming to this station for years, but I'm seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I get that you might be trying to save money by watering down the drinks, but there's practically no toffee taste left! If you're going to ruin the drinks, why not just stop selling them altogether? I brought in a coupon that expires tomorrow, but he surprisingly told me it wouldn't be valid until then. I understand he’s new and may not speak clear English, but he wasn’t willing to learn how expiration dates work. As a result, I left without making any purchases.
