What Bebe Shih dislikes about Slice N Ice:
Pizza was ok, but very, very thin. I don’t know if it’s always supposed to be this thin, or something just went wrong today. The grease leaked out the side of the box on the way home, so they got that part of NY pizza right. I’d come back if slices this thin are not the norm. View all feedback.

I absolutely adore the pizza at this restaurant, but I am not a fan of the owner's customer service. I placed an order through GrubHub today at 11:35am, with the store hours listed as 11am for pick up and 12pm for delivery orders. I ordered for a 12:30pm pick up time. According to Google, the store hours were actually 12pm, so I decided to call at 12:05pm to confirm that my order was received. The woman who answered informed me that the tablet was off and she couldn't confirm or deny my order until the managers arrived. Now I have to go through GrubHub to cancel my order and wait another 45 minutes to order lunch elsewhere.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and reminiscent of New York City. If you like the traditional taste, just be sure to request no oregano on your pie.
