U... read more I ordered four burgers and fries, specifically requesting the fries to be well-done with extra salt. As soon as I pulled up, the food was ready at the window. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and soft, not well-done at all! I returned them, and the woman at the window handled the fries and promised to get another batch. However, the second order was just as disappointing as the first. After that, she became rude and asked us to park. After waiting for ten minutes without receiving the fries, we decided to go inside to return our now-cold burgers and request a refund. The manager took my boyfriend’s card from his hand in a very disrespectful manner. If someone doesn't enjoy their job, they really shouldn't be working in customer service. We were polite and clearly communicated our order, yet we were met with such poor customer service. It’s really disappointing. I hope they improve their standards for both employees and management, because at this point, they’re just driving customers away.

I keep on t... read more The manager was visible and let the team run smoothly when I stopped for breakfast late Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I keep on this McDonalds 1-2 times a month and have always kind, stellar service. This is rare in these settings; so kudos at this place!!

Really enjoyed my food and will return... 26 June 2022 around 4:00 workers holding amazing work... No waiting was ready as soon as I got to the window... Was very busy, but all cars were served as soon as the 2. Pickup window approached!
