I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull forward and wait for my food in the parking lot. I saw employees standing around on their phones and laughing and joking. I thought they forgotabout my order completely.. but someone eventually brought me my food and a free pie to say sorry for the wait. Hardly aconsultation. For some crazy reason I deceived to try again today because the line didn?t look long. I?ve been waiting in linefor 30 mins now. Never again Krystal, never again. Wish I could give zero stars.

We stopped here in Georgia, we were told we'll have to wait an extra 20 minutes as the Door dash order was moreimportant, and told the car behind us they're no longer taking any orders at 2:00pm. Also they were missing items from ourorder.. step it up Krystal's this was a let down I'm giving 1 star.. Apologies.

Worker wi... read more Ordered 48 Krystal?s and they told me to pull around front door. I was the only customer inside or out. Time around 5:30pm. Took 30 mins to bring out. Worker with head set on would not put down cell phone and had FaceTime on the whole time. Her long hairwas not put up and she was not wearing a uniform. All the workers were not wearing a uniform! Kitchen looked in totaldisarray. They denied some people access to coming into eat, there is a sign that says come in we?re open! Totally not goingback. I?ll stick to Chick-filet, thanks!

Came to Krystal?s tonight to get my boyfriend?s dad dinner and we couldn?t get any service at the speaker. We waited over 5 minutes before pulling around to the window. Twoemployees looked at us through the window and both vanished to hide from us so we would leave and they didn?t have to serve us.We spoke up asking could we get service and nothing. You can hear them talking to each other but not towards us. After aboutfive minutes we took off. It was ridiculous! Krystal?s is THE WORST fast food in Covington. I have not ate here in years due tothe poor service that has yet to be resolved! The employees and managers are rude, show no hospitality, and honestly would dothe world a favor by being unemployed. I really hope corporate sees this review and fires EVERYONE so they can try to build backa better reputation for their business!
