What User dislikes about The Wallace Fish:
I stopped by this restaurant since it is close to my workplace. The sandwich was decent, but the loud and crude language used by some of the local youths inside may be off-putting to some people. I have no issue with the establishment itself, it is possible that I just happened to be there at a bad time. View all feedback.

I have restored a chip on the other side of the city. to be honest, and these are for me the most constituent places in the coventie, which are for the quality of food, the joy of the staff and the price-performance ratio.
The quality of eating is amazing! the chips are the best I have tried in coventry, and the fish is always cooked to perfection. the staff is friendly and very fast. it is amazing how fast they go through the queen of hungry men! that is why so many families choose the wallace to feed their children! you will not repent
First visit but we won’t bother again. Fish was dry and over cooked with chips that weren’t great either. Very busy so perhaps we went on a poor night. As it was our first visit I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and gone...for three stars but only deserved two.
Located near a workplace, this restaurant offers decent sandwiches but may be disrupted by loud language from local youths. With some inconsistent experiences, including dry fish and limited chips, there are mixed reviews. However, the Wallace Fish Bar stands out for its delicious roe n chips and hot, freshly cooked food. A long queue indicates its popularity, despite occasional greasiness. The clean interior, friendly staff, and excellent food selection make it a must-visit. Overall, the restaurant, now known as Batch Bar, offers great value, a variety of dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. A hidden gem worth revisiting.
