H&rs Deli - Coventry

I really like the food at this restaurant, but on three different occasions they have either forgotten my order or given it to someone else. During my last visit, I had to wait 30 minutes and they didn't even acknowledge me standing in the shop. I had to remind them that I was waiting for my food. They gave me a free bottle of coke because of the long wait, but I ended up wasting my entire lunch break waiting in the shop while my girlfriend ate her sandwich outside in the seating area. The food is really delicious, but unfortunately, I will not be returning again.

I would only recommend ordering a sandwich if you eat here. The jacket potato tasted strange and the coleslaw was off and watery. I couldn't eat it and regretted not returning it. It might have been a one-time occurrence, but they shouldn't be serving spoiled coleslaw. It seemed like it had been sitting for days. They should stick to pre-made coleslaw if it doesn't sell well.

I recently stopped by for a quick meal and was delighted by the delicious food and excellent coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant dining experience.

Fabulous little cafe at the bottom of Hertford street opposite British Heart Foundation. Sit outside (by heater) and watch the world go by. Fabulous choice of good food either hot or cold. Welcoming staff and very friendly. Now I have tried this one I will go again. Sorry to say they are not open Saturday
