One of the best steak and kidneys pies I've ever had. £6.50 for pie with mash and beans with Apple crumble. All very tasty and good value, eat here regularly now.

Found an animals tooth in my pie. Was disgusting. Would never eat their food again. When I informed staff. They weren't all that bothered. More interested in talking to each about life outside work. Never again.

My husband and I went to the one in lakeside yesterday. Words cannot describe how awful it was. The chicken and mushroom pie I had tasted sour had 3 whole button mushrooms in it, not even chopped up. The mash was very lumpy, hard and dry. My husband's roast potatoes were very dry. They were far from fresh and the gravy was too salty. Even thinking about it is bringing back the sour taste in my mouth!

Best British food you'll ever taste. The mash is to die for. Even have amazing choice for a veggie like me!

Love this place, food is always fresh and to die for, you can tell they use high quality ingredients staff are always polite and helpful highly recommend and would love to see some restaurants in this concept too.
