Costa Coffee Warwickshire - Coventry

This is the second Sunday afternoon I have visited in the last 3 weeks and on both occasions the toilets have been absolutely filthy, clearly not cleaned all day, toilet paper and mess over the floor. Honestly if I had seen the state of the toilet before I ordered I would have walked out.

Two female staff members were chatting with each other while I was the only customer waiting to be served. I smiled and greeted the dark-haired staff member, but she looked at me expressionless, without acknowledging me, and continued her conversation with her colleague. After waiting for another minute, it was obvious they did not want my business, so I decided to leave. I will not be returning to this Costa.

I requested drinks without cream and was charged extra for the modification. I had to request a remake because I asked for soy milk but regular dairy milk was used instead. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon for refreshments with my elderly mum. We were served by a young man who was very polite helpful and pleasant. Served quickly, lovely hot chocolate and a cake.

Creative range of food and drink. Speed isn't great though could improve.Overall a good coffee shop.
