When I mentioned this to a staff member, they insisted the cooking time was correct. I don’t think burning the sandwich should be the intended outcome! On top of that, there were only a few small pieces of fresh spinach, which was really disappointing. They didn’t even offer to make me a new one. Overall, both the quality of the sandwiches and the customer service need significant improvement.
