This is the best sandwich in South Orange County! Interestingly, the owner's cousin runs Royal Donuts on Jeronimo and Margarite, which serves the best burgers in the area. If only this family would open a pizza place, we'd have everything we need! These are definitely the top lunch spots around, and the staff is incredibly friendly. View all feedback.

So I come here from time to time for donuts and kolaches whenever we are working in the area. The woman behind the counter was clearly agitated because us oilfield guys are buying all the kolaches and they are running out. My family's number one breakfast stop! I have four kids to feed and I can do it here every morning (except Tuesday) for under $20.00!!! They are fast, friendly, and genuine.

I never thought I would encounter a business that complained about making money. I 'm sure it won 't have any effect on anything but I definitely won 't be back.
The owners are fantastic, and their customer service is top-notch, a solid 10/10. The shop is always clean and beautifully decorated, and the donuts are simply the best! I won't even consider trying donuts from anywhere else.
Great food! Friendly family oriented!!! All around a great place!!
