Since it was only 6:45, I quickly jumped... read more Counce, TN, is a small town with few dining choices, so we were thrilled to find that the Rib Cage was open until 8 PM. Since it was only 6:45, I quickly jumped in my truck and headed over. The parking lot had about 4-5 cars, and the OPEN sign was on. However, when I walked in, the counter was stacked with takeout orders. A staff member asked for my name, and I explained I hadn’t ordered yet but was ready to place one. To my surprise, he told me they were actually closed. It was strange to see the closed sign off as I left. I won’t be coming back! They definitely need to update their hours online!

There are a few locations in Mississippi, but this one near Pickwick is my personal favorite. Just order the cheese plate—actually, get a few of them. You won’t regret it.
