We dined outside in the courtyard in this popular Logis hotel and restaurant, My wife went for the local eel as a French friend had said it was a local dish. They could not have been friendlier and both meals were memorable. Local produce and great cheese board., excellent deserts Very good quality and different to the run of the mill

I can understand why Le Central is considered the best in Coulon. Very nice dining room (it was too cold and showery to stay outside in the garden). We chose the simplified lunch formula and it was just perfect. Nice, though a little hesitant, service by young waitress. The restaurant is part of the Logis chain and in the hotel Le Central. We have to come back to sample more of the gourmet dishes and a bottle of wine. With a room at the hotel it will be all the more enjoyable.
