This was a belated birthday meal as had been travelling on the day. Mrs W had a crab tart to start, followed by lamb, and a chocolate cube. I had hot oysters, followed by loin of veal and sweetbreads, and a chocolate finger. The descriptions here do not do the plates justice. Lunch at COULON Central. Over 25 years, we put our feet there! The Central was already at the time the reference in the region, and years later it is still. Excellent reception, good service and very pro. Excellent quality of the dishes served. We had a very pleasant time.
Lunch this Sunday for the first time. Felt frame decorated with class. Copious but prepared meals with taste and a lot of flavor in a very well chosen dishes. Menu at 33 € and a vegetarian menu. Personal listening and coming. Thank you for this intimate moment.
