Recent experiences at a popular Chinese fast-food restaurant reveal a blend of customer service highs and culinary lows. While some patrons enjoyed flavorful dishes like Chow Mein, others reported meals lacking freshness and moisture, notably the fried rice and crab Rangoon. A mix-up with delivery orders showcased operational challenges, leading to long waits and frustrated customers. However, commendable staff members have been recognized for their friendly service, helping to lighten the mood amidst the chaos. With hopes for improvement, many potential diners remain cautiously optimistic about returning to this establishment in the future.

I don’t understand why I rarely get enough walnuts in my meal at Panda Express. This seems to happen consistently. In my recent order from their menu, I only found one walnut, which was chopped into three pieces. View all feedback.
What Cherie R dislikes about Panda Express:
We had never tried Panda Express before, but craving Chinese food led us to place an order from their menu. While I can’t say if our experience was typical, most of the dishes we received felt a bit dry. The Crab Rangoon was disappointing, but the Chow Mein stood out as quite good. We accidentally ordered the Beijing Beef, thinking it was chicken, which was a surprise. The Fried Rice was very dry and lacked flavor, a... View all feedback.
The chicken is tough and overcooked, missing the usual orange hue and appearing brown and black instead. The noodles arrive cold, some still uncooked, and there’s more cabbage than noodles on the plate.

The beef and broccoli was flavorful and properly cooked, but the serving was quite small. Unfortunately, the fried rice was disappointing – it was cold and had an unpleasant crunchy texture.
It's disappointing that Chick-fil-A can have over 20 employees on staff at all times, while Panda Express can't open their dining area for sit-down service. Their food is quite good and offers decent value, but I dislike having to eat cold noodles by the time I get home. Come on, Panda! Maybe you could ask Chick-fil-A how they manage to have so many employees working for them.
The food at the location is pretty good. Typically I am very understanding of places being short staffed but for the past several months I believe this location has been going downhill day by day. Their dining room is still not open, so drive thru isthe only option. They constantly run out of their some of their food items. Tonight they ran out of ALL their food so they hadto stop and shutdown at only 7 o? clock at night. As soon as they told me they didn?t have food left after waiting for a while,me and a bunch of other cars went to Raising Canes, lol????I love Panda Express but until this locations gets it together I mayhave to take a break from them. ????
