Description

Step into this bustling café, where the atmosphere buzzes with potential but often falls short of expectations. While it offers a range of non-dairy milk options and tempting vegan dishes for a quick lunch, cleanliness remains a persistent issue—visitors frequently encounter dirty tables, sticky floors, and inadequate facilities. Though some staff exhibit friendliness and helpfulness, inconsistent service and product quality have marred experiences. Despite glimpses of warmth, including a cozy vibe on rainy days, the café must enhance its standards to compete amidst emerging local favorites, ensuring that patrons leave with their expectations met and smiles on their faces.

I love a Starbucks and I’m so pleased they bought out a Starbucks in Cirencester. This coffee shop is always clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly

I am regular customer of Caffè Nero when visiting UK and especially Budford branch at the Cotswolds but sadly to know that it was permanently closed. Eventually all Caffè Nero branches have the best coffee, sandwiches and cakes even the one at Heathrow Airport. If you are coffee lover, this brand should be your no 1 choice whenever seeing the sign/logo; just go and enjoy the taste and also dealing with the friendly staff. Sharing photos from outside the Budford closed branch when we really enjoyed seating outside the cafe watching the surroundings and local shops while drinking coffee. The Cotswolds area is full of beautiful places which I am going to share in another review and people always welcoming and kind.

After walking the grand-dog, nice coffee with, perhaps, the best coffee shop view there is. Staff always friendly, and dog friendly. Just sit and imagine the history of the past 2,200 Years in this market place. Lovely
