Caffe Nero - Cotswold

Friendly place with a very helpful trainee “barista”. Although I have a lot to do, my question for ice drinks with milk is sorted out. Above and beyond for customers will always make places like these a good place. it is also nice to see many well-behave dogs here.

The staff is beautiful, helpful and polite. a new manager has recently been taken over and there have already been many improvements. it is safer than before.

Because we only stay in the kings head room, we always have a coffee here before we go. the coffee shop is always immaculately clean and has a beautiful atmosphere. the personal is always polite.

I got some hot drinks with my daughter. there was a barista service, something another customer comments on. we ordered two drinks and when I waited and looked around, it was hard to find a clean thing that was place dirty. when we handed over our cups, there were wet brown coffee stands on the floor of the cups standing on our hands. we were looking for serviettes to give them a towels, but there were none. it sounds like I'm tough, but it's really not the standard they would expect from a coffee shop. the toilets were also out of order. really disappointed and also shocked that a coffee shop could look that grubby.

Okay. a standard chain coffee bar. beautiful hot chocolate and cake. coffee drinks were in order. but lost points for sticky tables. further queuing for the one non binary toilet. it could be late Sunday afternoon afternoon, but some basic cleaning of the tables is clear. not take place during the day.
