I have recently stayed here for 1wk .I travelled with a disabled person and nothing was a trouble they had ramps to help with the steps and a lift. The room floors was wooden which made moving the hoist about easier . The beds could have been a bit higher or something to rise it up but a really good place to stay.
We chose Cotignac as a stopover on our way back from Umbria, and what a delight this proved to be. We had a splendid room, large and with a large bathroom ensuite. The whole place seems to have been refurbished recently. The restaurant is closed on Mondays, but there are numerous bars and restaurants within strolling distance and when we did eat in the restaurant it was a very jolly experience. The Patron and his wife have a really good place here, and Cotignac is a proper little centre well worth the visit. We shall be there again!
We decided to stay another night in this quaint little french village after attending a wedding at nearby chateaux Robernier. we called on the off chance that a room was available and we were quickly shown to a good size double with a lovely modern and sizeable en suite bathroom with lots of little extras. we only had breakfast but this was outside in a lovely courtyard , bread croissants and conserves, very french. The husband and wife team running it were very pleasant and helpful, giving us directions to our next destination.
