The service is well organized, Parisian brasserie style. The dishes come out quickly and the servers are competent. Certainly the best value for money in Cotignac. All that's missing is the boss's smile for the 5th star. He is always on site, manages his shop very well but should clearly delegate the reception part to someone competent in this area.
