Chicken apple apricot sausage is best – very humid, subtle spices and very delicate. Unlike other hard, chewing, gristy sausages. Their Belgian fries are very satisfying and come as generous servings. Our only disappointment (and why only 4 not 5 stars) is that the mango Quinoa salad had too much (as ever) red paprika.
