Debbie, the owner, took our order and was very friendly. My Hubby ordered the hand-baked Wels dinner and I had the Brisket dinner. Both were delicious! Many options on the menu. You take precautions with the pandemic that is very appreciated! We enjoyed our dinner at one of the picnic table provided outside and then treated us with some delicious ice cream. I would definitely recommend stopping by! View all feedback.
What 69DaYtRiPpErMaN96 420 doesn't like about Magnolia Tree:
People and staff where nice and the variety of Amish jams and other goods was pleasent thus the 2 stars, however with that said I ordered the Philly cheese steak and received a soup sandwich which just turned me off from getting anything else off the menu for my fear of the unknown was enough to sate my appetite for that night. 2 outta 4 will not be back for the food, the Amish jams and what not now is another story... Little jewel in Smokey Mountains. The locals know the best in fact! Had an absolutely brilliant food and great desert. Bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly!
This place is amazing! My family and I are a week on holiday in the area and I have eaten twice. I want to eat again before I go home. Everything is cooked and perfectly cubed. Debbie brings a lot of love in her food and I'm glad I have a chance to experience it. If you can eat here, do it! You will not be disappointed!
We love this little restaurant. And the owners are the best. This is a small family owned restaurant. I always try to support local, American owned operated small businesses. Within a couple visits you will feel like family. The country decorations is very creative tastefully done. There is also a s little gift shop with a section for local products. (within 20 miles) We visit the Smoky's every year. Each time we are there we are there we make at least one trip out to Cosby to the Magnolia Tree. I usually order a Reuben. They make a great one. This restaurant is popular with whitewater rafters, and motorcycle riders.
Very clean and well maintained. VERY generous portions when it comes to ice cream.
