We came in for dinner and ended up waiting an hour, but the service was quick, and the food was excellent. Our server, Andrew, met all our expectations. Our server Cole was fabulous. One of the most attentive and polite servers we?ve had in a while. My husband enjoyed his burger, it was massive! Our salads were good also but unfortunately my steak appetizer that I ordered as a meal was so greasy. I?mincluding a picture to show I?m not exaggerating, it?s a big puddle of grease ???? We go every year on our anniversary, this year everything was great. The food and service never disappoint us at this location
The steak with a loaded potato and the crab soup ordered. Order the crab soup, as with everything, it is wonderful, you are welcome! My steak was just one of my top five best steaks ever. I recommend this restaurant. It was quiet, service was great, food was better.

Went for our anniversary dinner on July 7th and, The Alamo and our server Mike went above and beyond in both food quality and service.
Great food. Had the 20 oz steak and the Alamo potatoes. Excellent service. Kellie was my waitress and she was amazing. Next time we visit Gatlinburg we will definitely be visiting the Alamo Steakhouse again. Well done! Also my Verizon gps took me to the back parking lot where there was plenty of parking.
