I just had a terrible interaction with the manager at this restaurant. When I asked for a supervisor's name or contact number to report him, he refused and rudely referred to me as a dog. If the owner would like more details about what occurred, please feel free to reach out to me.
I placed an online order and waited for about an hour before it was canceled. We received a text from DoorDash's automated system (the platform Little Caesars uses) notifying us of the cancellation and advising us to contact the restaurant for further assistance. When we called, we were informed that they were unable to assist us and were advised to contact DoorDash instead. The staff member we spoke with was rude and seemed more interested in passing us off to someone else rather than helping us. I would have preferred to place the order over the phone, but the employee kept insisting that we contact DoorDash. I was very disappointed with the lack of apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I recommend ordering from Domino's instead to save yourself from the hassle.
The staff at this restaurant is extremely rude and has no understanding of how their menu and pricing system works. One employee even told me that a 1-topping pizza does not come with any toppings included, and that toppings are extra. Quite an interesting concept.
We ordered our favorite 'stix n ' slices ' and we asked for it to be made with just cheese instead of the pepperoni. It was perfectly done, the stix were awesome and the pizza was sauced just right! Thank you so much :
Bully culture. Employees are bullied by other employees with nothing done about it. Also, the bully employee bullies customers and provides bad service. It's well noted in Google reviews by many people over time. I suspect there are more that don't mention it because it's just the normal for this location. It definitely costs the location tons of money because both combined lead to poor output of product and customer service, so people won't always come back. It becomes a last minute option that can't compete.
