I was unaware of the ordering process and was surprised when my bowl arrived with sour cream and cheese. I had to order a new bowl to ensure it was vegan, which was disappointing. I also felt that Cafe Yumm was overpriced for the quality of food. The dishes were bland and seemed like something I could easily make at home for a lower cost. I was also shocked by the additional charge of four dollars for just 6 extra pieces in my bowl. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.

Despite some errors in the past, when you do receive the correct order, the quality is above average. Given that it is located in a college town, finding high-quality employees may be a challenge.

The tempeh b... read more A must-try at this restaurant is the original Yumm bowl, which is vegan. Try substituting avocado and tomatoes and adding pepitas for extra flavor. The tempeh bento is also excellent. The Veggie Burger is vegan and incredibly tasty. They frequently offer at least one vegan soup option of the day.
