Aomatsu in Corvallis has the best salmon sashimi in the USA! I always pair it with rice and it is always a delightful experience. The restaurant also offers delicious Korean dishes, with all the stews and soups being top-notch. Don't forget to try the seafood pancake, it's a must-have. Over my 6 years in Corvallis, I have made many happy memories at Aomatsu. The owner and staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Delicious food, great service and wonderful restaurant. Had the chicken katsu, which came with rice, miso soup and salad. Bathrooms are single user and clean. Staff was friendly and very kind to accommodate our large group of 11. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 9:31 and staff said kitchen is closed even though hours posted say closed at 10. Owner said staff wants to go home early some days and he can't blame them as they are his friends. He agreed to lower the posted closing time to 9:30 but he never did.
