I cannot emphasize enough how delicious the deep fried turkey sandwiches are at this restaurant. I suggest ordering 6 or 7 of them to impress your guests and give them a reason to be grateful this year!

I've never seen a burger that looks as delicious in person as it does on the menu until now. Their shakes are also fantastic.

The food is good at this restaurant, but there are several issues that need to be addressed. Today the card machines are not working, in the past they only accepted cash, and occasionally there are issues with the service. It appears that there may be some management issues. Although I am not pleased with this, as a restaurant owner, it is important to find ways to address these problems in order to stay in business.

The breakfast plate was surprisingly good, but could have been hotter. The mini pancakes were also a pleasant surprise. The burger was good, but could have been warmer. We were disappointed that they did not have the potato wedges we were looking forward to. They should consider offering gluten-free rolls, as there is a growing demand for them. Shari's now offers gluten-free pancakes and bread, so Jack's should step up their game. Overall, Jack's was not as good as it used to be and the customer service was lacking. We will give them another try in the future.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, making it a favorite spot for a quick meal. I ordered six orders of tacos, but unfortunately the app was not working, so I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. If the app is functioning for delivery orders, a $10 order could end up costing $25 before adding a tip.
