My friend has been telling me to come here for months and for my birthday he surprised me by taking me here! I'm a pretty picky eater but I cleaned my plate, everything was delicious! The dessert here is amazing, and the service is great. The presentation of the food is fantastic. However, everything tastes a bit salty for me, even though I generally prefer a saltier taste. It's unfortunate that they are only open for dinner, as I would love to come here for coffee and dessert. If you have never been here go. The food is great and the service and ambiance are top notch. Their soup is always amazing (seriously just order the soup) and the steak was prepared, cooked and plated to perfection. Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant! Almost certainly the most high end restaurant in Corvallis and it does not disappoint. I came here with my grandparents to dine with one of their old friends and we shared a few plates of appetizers. All the food was delicious, I just wish there were more of it! The prices were definitely on the higher end but you absolutely get what you pay for!
After dining at Del Alma on three separate occasions, I can confidently say it's the best sit-down, formal restaurant experience in Corvallis.
