Mcdonald's - Cortlandt Manor

It's a McDonald's! Food good. French fries come out salty. But this is our second go to McDonald's.

Terrible service. Staff ignored customers inside store to focus on serving drive thru only. Didn't even acknowledge inside customers or say I'll be right with you. Completely unprofessional, even by fast food standards

2 very bad experience recently. Usually food here has been good and the service fast however, I?ve recently gone through 2 different situations buying food at this McDonald?s. About 3 weeks ago I ordered chicken nuggets which had Hair inside of one ofthe nuggets. Literally long curled up hair Fried into the Nugget. I am a Bald headed man been so about 10 years. That was Such adisrespectful and disgusting experience. I meant to report it and absolutely let it slip after I discarded the food. But who amI to learn a lesson. I went back at breakfast a few days ago. No issues then. I went today for two Happy meals. A Mc ChickenBundle and 2 10 pieces nuggets. The food was horrible today in every way. I forced it down not wanting to waist money. Baddecision. It also has me constantly using the bathroom to solidify WHY I SHOULD NOT even eat there again. As I stated. Prior tothese 2 circumstances. The service was good and the food on point. I don?t know what?s ruined things but I will not be eatingfrom there myself as a result of this. And it?s sad I may have family that will want it and still have to spend money here but Icannot again. The experience has been that bad. Think about getting long pieces of hair in your food. With all the things goingon these days. Such a nasty experience. Be careful when eating here. Check your food as best as possible and pray for the best.I just have to find other options. A loss of time, money and security. I ate hair the first time and now I had hard and un freshfood that lead to diarrhea.

Tables are not always clean, otherwise a nice place if you like fast food

I was so happy to find that this location has ice cream as there is a problem with the McDonald's franchise where they want their vendors to only use one model number of ice cream maker that has many defects. People there are very friendly and theplace was very clean.
