I called to speak to a manager after being told the wait would be 25 minutes, but it ended up being much longer. I was informed that the manager was busy and couldn't speak to me, but that my chicken was on its way. When I finally received my order, the chicken was dark, overcooked, almost burnt, and very dry. The fries were also cold. This location is in need of new employees who treat customers with respect, take pride in their food preparation, and communicate effectively.

I had wanted a pot pie but the wait was 45 minutes. This restaurant always has a long wait time, especially at the drive-thru. KFC chicken is tasty but it is probably the greasiest and most expensive option. The only positive from my last visit was that I was able to get my money back two days later. The service at this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never return.
