Our food wasn't properly assembled, leading everything to become soggy with gravy. The chicken was overcooked and tough, with just a hint of spicy sauce.

I had wanted a pot pie but... read more I ordered chicken fingers and was very disappointed. They were greasy and small. I also tried 2 wraps which were absolutely horrible. I had wanted a pot pie but the wait was 45 minutes. This restaurant always has a long wait time, especially at the drive-thru. KFC chicken is tasty but it is probably the greasiest and most expensive option. The only positive from my last visit was that I was able to get my money back two days later. The service at this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced and I will never return.

We had to wait for over an hour, and halfway through, we were told they didn't have the pot pies my husband wanted. They said we would have to call later to get a refund, which I doubt we will be able to do. This was a waste of both money and time.

Tried to pick up at drive thru and I was told with attitude I had to come in. There was no line at drive thru and two people in dining room. 4 or 5 people working in kitchen doing nothing and they couldn't walk ten steps to grab my bag and bring it to the window. Also, I ordered 1 breast extra crispy and it was original recipe.
