After paying at the window, we were... read more This evening, my companions and I went to a restaurant. We ordered chicken fingers and requested ketchup and buffalo sauce. After paying at the window, we were asked to pull forward. When our food was brought out, we noticed there was no ketchup. I asked the person who delivered our food for some, and he rudely said it was requested on the order screen and stormed off. A few minutes later, another person came out with a small bag of ketchup packets in a condescending manner. I tried to explain that we had requested ketchup on the order screen and that the previous employee's reaction was unprofessional. However, instead of apologizing, she was also rude. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible.

I had ordered... read more My order was completely messed up by the restaurant. I went through the drive-thru, so I didn't realize the mistake until I got back to my hotel. I had ordered a gyro, a brisket sandwich, and mozzarella sticks but only received the brisket sandwich. This isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong.

Friendly, professional staff. A manager/supervisor came in while I was waiting, she was very friendly to the staff and most of the staff was nice with her. It's nice to see, when most fast food staff are miserable, etc.
