Arby's - Cortland

That eating was excellent every time I'm gone, but the last three times I'm gone. I went through the drive thru, and the customer service has very lacked every time when they were very rude, they can say it because they are teenagers, that's all I'm going to say, I'm here thank you it's just a ride through and it's very fast.

Who ever was working tonight did great.. usually the employees are sitting outside smoking not doing there jobs take forever and food sucks.. but food was fresh and employees were working

I tried to give them a second chance as everyone has a bad night but this is not one bad night.This is the 2nd time I've gone there and the sandwich was room temp and meat was crunchy. My fries were cold and soggy. The service is ok but the food is terrible. This is honestly the worst Arby's I've eaten at. The 2 stars is for service not food.

Ohh it was ok I tried the Diablo challenge and it was very dissatisfying bun was super soggy shredded brisket was awful jus hot nothing special kids didn't even like the nuggets they were flavorless only thing good was mozzarella sticks even French dip was awful but I mean I guess it depends on a location. Bread needs toasting on all sandwiches and specials and not to disintegrate when you pick it up and shredded lettuce is horrible get reg leaves

Had not been there in about 20 years. Had the RB. Still good. Love the horsey and Arby's sauces
