We found this place using Google and are glad we did. They have a small menu, but all the food is made from scratch and was great. We were served by Rosemarie and she was very nice and made us feel welcome. We had the Table D’hôtel Night service toselect from. For mains we had Pansit Chicken Shrimp and Chicken Cordon Bleu in a Dijon Cream. The appetizer Kansas CityBrisket Burnt Ends was good with tender bits of brisket in a little cast iron skillet. The Caesar was excellent. Deserts werethe Leche Flan and the White chocolate cranberry cheesecake. Both were a tasty treat at the end of a good meal. Prices weremedium, be we felt we got out money’s worth with the quality of the cooking.
Great food, friendly service. After a long drive we were searching for fresh ingredient, just cooked and healthy meal and the Edward's Bistro did not disappoint. It was a bit off our way but meals, generous sizes, reasonable price and above averageflavours well compensated drive off the highway. We chose from two of several daily specials tasty and imaginative. I regretthat living a couple of days driving away will make our return visit not possible for a while.
