Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too longwithout a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.

The drink i... read more I've been enjoying the brown sugar foam iced coffee from various D&D locations for several days, but my experience at this one was by far the worst. The drink is meant to be just black coffee topped with brown sugar foam, which I appreciate since I can't tolerate the milk and sugar found in other iced coffee options. Unfortunately, they added cream to my drink, making it much sweeter than what I've had at other locations. It seems like a simple order: black coffee with foam from a can. Proper employee training is essential for maintaining consistency. The staff was friendly, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just one—otherwise, I would have thrown the drink away.
