What User doesn't like about Mary Brown's Fried Chicken:
We came into Corner Brook in late evening from the ferry arriving at Port aux Basque, need some fuel as my wife puts it before the ride out to our vacation cabin in Lark Harbour, Got the 6 piece fried chicken that was better than the Colonel. Good friend chicken as I got a famous friend chicken place in South Carolina mentioned in the "Road Food" book and much easier on the wallet. View all feedback. What User likes about Mary Brown's Fried Chicken:
It was quite expensive but well worth the price, the chicken pop ins were absolutely amazing and the size portion was way more than what I expected! Plus, the food is less greasy as compared to other fast food places, even if it's not the healthiest option, it still is good food. Best time to go there is around 10:30am when all the food is freshly made. In brief, I'll certainly go there again View all feedback.

read moreMary Brown's restaurant in Corner Brook, Newfoundland has received mixed reviews from customers. While some were disappointed with the gristly chicken and clumped fries, others were pleasantly surprised by the delicious fried chicken, comparable to well-known chains. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were noted, but the portion sizes and prices were criticized. However, many praised the tasty chicken dishes, such as the big Mary and chicken pop-ins, despite the higher costs. Overall, Mary Brown's seems to offer a unique dining experience with flavorful food, especially for those looking to support a local Newfoundland establishment.
