My recent trip to Zaxby's was the best fast-food experience of my life. The experience was made possible by the energy, enthusiasm, and expertise of an employee named Kurt. I felt right at home when he greeted me as I entered the establishment.Further, Kurt clearly wanted to make sure my experience was pleasant.

They?re always so friendly and fast here? chicken was grilled just right as well

The food and service are consistently good. However, if you order a soda, especially a diet soda, it often tastes like weak carbonated water. I eat at Zaxby’s for lunch nearly every day, and I find myself resorting to unsweetened tea or zero-calorie drinks. This issue happens all the time at the Cornelia location. It doesn’t seem fair to charge full price for a soda only to receive such a diluted version of carbonated water. I wonder if Coca-Cola is aware of how Zaxby’s is serving their products.

I ordered two Cobb salads to go, and when my wife and I sat down to eat, we discovered that someone had taken a bite out of a piece of toast and placed it in one of the salads. This is completely unacceptable, and I believe the staff should be held accountable. I've reported this to the health department.

Ensure that your chicken is fully cooked before digging in. I've visited this restaurant a few times, and each time the chicken was barely cooked enough for me to feel comfortable eating it.
