The experience was made possible by the energy, enthusiasm, and expertise of an employee named Kurt. I felt right at home when he greeted me as I entered the establishment.Further, Kurt clearly wanted to make sure my experience was pleasant.

I eat at Zaxby’s f... read more The food and service are consistently good. However, if you order a soda, especially a diet soda, it often tastes like weak carbonated water. I eat at Zaxby’s for lunch nearly every day, and I find myself resorting to unsweetened tea or zero-calorie drinks. This issue happens all the time at the Cornelia location. It doesn’t seem fair to charge full price for a soda only to receive such a diluted version of carbonated water. I wonder if Coca-Cola is aware of how Zaxby’s is serving their products.

This is completely unacceptable, and I believe the staff should be held accountable. I've reported this to the health department.
