Had very bad experience at this Starbucks location. They won’t understand the order. When I said size Shot. They are understood as espresso shot. I explained them so maytime. Still they are not getting it…. ?
Baristas are well trained, it's a transient profession but the kids always mix a good coffee at this store ?A follow up as I couldn't find a link to corporate, one Barrista stands out, her name is Torrance and she is phenomenal at remembering my drink preferences also makes one fine white mocca . Starbucks really needs to acknowledge their finer employees I would have liked to tell upper management about this pleasant experience.

I was greeted as I came into the restaurant bye one of the employees named Rachael. Dianna took my order at the counter. Super friendly environment. Ambience is really peaceful. I love the leather couch and the leather chairs. My drink was perfect and made quickly. Had a brief conversation with Rachael. Kind. Bubbly. Talented. Confident. I will be returning.
