What Jessica Beach doesn't like about Starbucks:
We got huge attitude from whom I assume was the manager on duty (super young girl with straight brown hair) when we ordered an apple cider and the cashier asked her if they made them. Sich a simple request. Ive never had somome in customer service look at me that way. Out of the 3 girls working there only one showed any customer care/service skillset. Kaylee and Emily are absolutely the best!!! I bought a cup that was chipping and kaylee immediately swapped it for me w no issues and when i asked her about the new spring drop she took my name and number to have emily call when she arrived and not too long after i made it home i got a call. Very good coffee good place clean place friendly employees
Good coffee as usual. Sometimes runs out of food items but hours are good at 6a-9p. Quicker than the stand alone store in Cornelia. Friendly staff.
