First time customer here for Harvest Habersham. I made a reservation and enjoyed a FABULOUS dinner here last night. The menu items change regularly and ingredients come from local sourced, which is very cool! I had the Margarita Naranja to drink and my partner had the Old Fashioned. Both cocktails were top notch. We started with the Baked Oysters YUM. I then had the Chopped Salad and Lamb Ribs, both of which were fre... View all feedback.

the worst example of a flat racism I have ever experienced in the restaurant. a strong memory in Georgia, the further they go north, the deeper they go south. I do everything to overlook the cowards hiding behind their neandertal racist convictions, but this place is for the classic good ole boy. View all feedback.
This restaurant provided the most extreme example of racism I have ever encountered. It served as a harsh reminder that in Georgia, the farther north you go, the more entrenched you find southern attitudes. Despite my efforts to ignore the cowards who cling to outdated racist beliefs, this establishment caters specifically to the typical "good ole boy" demographic. #ThisIsAmerica #SameOleClarksville
It is disappointing to still encounter ignorance in 2022. My husband and I were excited to try out this restaurant after waiting for it to open. Upon entering, we were initially seated by a waitress, but had to step outside briefly. When we returned a few minutes later, a blonde woman who appeared to be the owner or manager turned us away, citing the need for reservations and a waiting list, despite the restaurant being newly opened with plenty of available seating. It seemed clear that she was making excuses to deny us service based on our race, as we are both senior executives for large companies and were simply looking for a good meal. It was a cowardly and disappointing display of racism, and a reminder of the persistence of these attitudes in the South.

Staying a few nights in Helen and this place came up on my radar after researching restaurants with good reviews. Tried to call to make sure they were open and available but never got an answer. Figuring I was a party of 1, I decided take my chances. Drove 25 minutes in the rain only to be given a curt response that they were fully booked. Seriously, I'm one person...you have empty tables and seats at the bar. Would it have been that hard to accommodate me. Giving you 2 stars for poor customer service. I won't make the effort again.
Rounding Out 2021 in High Culinary-Creative Style Another year of challenges; another year of succulent successes proffered by Chris, Laura and entire HH team. Latest manifestations? My 4 baked Maryland oysters accompanied by country ham, kale butter, white cheddar curds...and a dynamite (as in quite hot sauce...then my Flatbread topped with Tasso ham, pear and red onion chutney and goat cheese. Add my wife 's catch of golden tile fish w/ potato and turnip hash, sautéed greens and citrus butter sauce. Surely culinarily creative re-defined! For my money Chris is a genuine chef-artiste. He has the gift of blending the freshest of ingredients with the eye of plate painter. The result is always a palate pleaser. Further testament to HH 's top-notchness? We never go out on New Year 's Eve...but a 6pm start time (great move! has us booked for their 4-course dinner. Bring on 2022!
