Website has twelve so that this must be clearly written so that people do not waste time.

I waited 15 minutes for a curbside order, while cars in the drive-thru and walk-in customers received their food before me. Last time, I waited 30 minutes! I've had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere. They always have excuses for the delays, yet the drive-thru and walk-in lines move faster. Save yourself the hassle and time—it's clear they don’t prioritize paid curbside orders that sit for 20 minutes or more.

Three times (during different days of the week and times of day) I have been forced to wait in excess of 25 minutes to receive food I ordered via mobile. I have watched entirewrap-around lines from the drive thru be cleared before I even receive my food (and I had already paid at the start of the 25minute wait). Once, my order is as even delayed because they ?ran out of ice.? Zero communication and my food as tho right outcold. The young lady I spoke to on the phone kindly advised me my food had been waiting on the counter, already made, the entiretime they waited for ice.

The service was above average, especially the cashier today was very cheery and pleasant to encounter. The food was warm, and as expected. Overall, good visit,and I am likely likely to return to this restaurant.
