I don?t understand how it takes you so long to get... read more I?ve sat in this drive thru many times 20+ minutes either patiently waiting or trapped in the parking lot... I don?t understand how it takes you so long to get the drive-through moving. Food is not Hot like you would want it to be after waiting that long. So please, I?m trying to like it cause your close but you gotta do better!!! It?s the long wait that gave me the time to write this out :

During my last visit, I waited at the drive-thru whil... read more I'm usually not one to leave negative feedback, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience. During my last visit, I waited at the drive-thru while the other lane was being served, yet I wasn’t. I ended up having to go inside to place my order. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and a McChicken sandwich, but the chicken sandwich arrived with cheese and a wine sauce, which was unexpected. I'm puzzled as to why my order was so difficult to get right. Sadly, I likely won’t be coming back to this location.

The service was above average, especially the cashier today was very cheery and pleasant to encounter. The food was warm, and as expected. Overall, good visit,and I am likely likely to return to this restaurant.

Cashier never came to the counter to take anyone's order inside. After waiting for a long while, placed my order via the kiosk. Then waited an additional 25 min... read more Cashier never came to the counter to take anyone's order inside. After waiting for a long while, placed my order via the kiosk. Then waited an additional 25 minutes to receive a happy meal, 2 orders of fries, a bacon double cheeseburger and drinks.Priority was given to drive thru orders over those in the lobby. We were all but ignored. No apologies given. Service washorrible and the fries were cold.
