I don?t understand how it takes you so long to get... read more I?ve sat in this drive thru many times 20+ minutes either patiently waiting or trapped in the parking lot... I don?t understand how it takes you so long to get the drive-through moving. Food is not Hot like you would want it to be after waiting that long. So please, I?m trying to like it cause your close but you gotta do better!!! It?s the long wait that gave me the time to write this out :

During my last visit, I waited at the drive-thru whil... read more I'm usually not one to leave negative feedback, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience. During my last visit, I waited at the drive-thru while the other lane was being served, yet I wasn’t. I ended up having to go inside to place my order. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and a McChicken sandwich, but the chicken sandwich arrived with cheese and a wine sauce, which was unexpected. I'm puzzled as to why my order was so difficult to get right. Sadly, I likely won’t be coming back to this location.

Well I normally have no issues really, and my food is usually just fine...but I sure am glad that this was free with the purchase of $1 bc this is EXACTLY how I... read more Well I normally have no issues really, and my food is usually just fine...but I sure am glad that this was free with the purchase of $1 bc this is EXACTLY how I received it.. so I'm not sure if it was dropped or thrown around or what exactly, butit's gonna go in the trash unfortunately. It's such a mess I can't pick it up and it's kinda like the bad pieces of lettuce werepicked specifically for my food or something.... sad..

It's now been 15 minutes and have watched many in the drive thru and walkins come in and out with their food already. Last time I waited 30 minutes. I'mofficially done with this location and will go else where. They have an excuse eveytime about why it's taking so long yet drivethru is moving just fine as well as walkins. Save the hassle and your time because they clearly don't care when a paid order iswaiting for 20 or more minutes
