It was bigg... read more The 2nd time eating at a KFC in 2 months. I got the chicken sandwich and fries. I would prefer this sandwich over the othe popular chicken sandwich. It was bigger, crispy, and better flavor to it. I will be back.

Well I had my last meal at KFC. I ordered 2 piece dinner with 2 breast and 2 mashed potatoes. The employee stated so you want an extra side and I stated no does... read more Well I had my last meal at KFC. I ordered 2 piece dinner with 2 breast and 2 mashed potatoes. The employee stated so you want an extra side and I stated no doesn't it come with 2 sides and she stated not anymore. So I paid more and got less food but it will not happen again. Plus she gave 1 piece breast and 1 one wing .This lunch didn't deserve one star but it will not let me post without any stars. IF MORE PEOPLE WOULD STAND TOGETHER AND QUIT PAYING FOR CRAPPY FOOD AND HIGHER PRICES, MAYBE RICH PEOPLE WOULD GET THE MESSAGE!!!!!

It is simply to unreliable, based on at least 20 visits over the past 3 years, we can not get food at this store to serve our family and guests and expect it to be KFC food, we know what KFC food is, tasty when prepared to specifications, otherwise it is just ingredients whomped together. There has ALWAYS been an issue with our order over the years, if not quality then they put in thighs when breasts were ordered or style errors then not discovered until getting home. OK I'm the dummy for not holding up the drive thru as I disassembled and check our order then push it back thru the window and wait for a remake in which I would have to check again, am I to also take a test bite? The trouble here is attention to the detailed KFC specifications to produce a consistent product every time, they just can't do it.
